Video ist ein häufig behandeltes Subjekt, wird aber nie aus der Perspektive der Macher beleuchtet. Der Abend wird sich intensiv mit professionellen Perspektiven auseinandersetzen, ist mehr dem Austausch von Erfahrungen und Prozessen gewidmet als dem abgeschlossenen Resultat. So werden eine Reihe von Einsatzfunktionen von Video betrachtet, von der Verwendung als praktisches Werkzeug für Dokumentation und Prozessentwicklung bis hin zur Verwendung als Kunstwerk selbst. - Video, ein Instrument für ästhetische und thematische Diskussionen. Die Video-Kamera zwischen technischer Bildproduktionsmaschine und einem Status als Partner in der Performance. Die holländische Performancekünstlerin und Dokumentarfilmemacherin Jeanette Groenendaal wird live performen und ihre Doku-Fiktion REFORMATION in einem Performativen Akt neu schneiden.
